Patients are represented by initials and a patient code, never a full identity record, in every admin surface — reflecting the same access-control boundary a real system would enforce, not just a styling choice.

If you're helping a parent, partner, or child through outpatient rehab, you can call our intake team on their behalf once they've given us permission to speak with you — we'll note your preferred contact method alongside theirs.
Records and consent still belong to the patient. We'll always tell you plainly what we can and can't share, rather than leaving you to guess.
