Clarifer is built around a real caregiving problem: the information needed to care for someone is often split across documents, appointments, medications, symptoms, portals, conversations, and memory. The product brings those pieces into one coordinated experience.
THE CHALLENGE
What needed to be solved
Caregivers need useful context without being buried in software. At the same time, healthcare workflows require careful boundaries around privacy, permissions, uncertainty, consent, and the role of AI. The technical problem is not simply storing information; it is helping people understand what happened, decide what matters, and act without pretending software is a clinician.
THE APPROACH
How we approached it
CASSINI approached Clarifer as a product and systems problem, not a collection of disconnected features. The experience is organized around a caregiving loop: bring the record together, understand difficult documents, choose the next step, and focus attention on what matters today. Web, mobile, authentication, data ownership, provider workflows, and AI-assisted interpretation are designed around that same model.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The work
- Caregiver-facing web application
- Flutter mobile application work
- Authenticated longitudinal care record
- Medical document organization and plain-language interpretation
- Symptoms, medications, appointments, care-team and clinical-trial workflows
- Provider-facing review workflows and clinical exports
- Assistive AI with explicit human confirmation boundaries
- Export, deletion, consent and health-data privacy controls
- Public landing experience and fictional-data product walkthrough
THE RESULT
What exists now
Clarifer now has a live public product experience and an authenticated care workflow built around caregivers rather than around a wall of healthcare modules. The work demonstrates CASSINI's ability to combine product strategy, healthcare context, web and mobile engineering, data systems, permissions, and responsible AI in one coherent platform.
CASSINI'S ROLE
Where we fit
Clarifer is a separate healthcare company founded by Samira. CASSINI's relevance here is the product and engineering work: shaping the system, architecture, user experience, web/mobile delivery, and technical execution behind a complex healthcare platform.
